Facebook has recently added the facility of adding like button while you chat. Till now these is no such option to like a line said in chat but you may tell your friend that you liked his statement by inserting a small sign of "thumbs up" .
It's just like the other smiles you use while chatting. All just you have to do is type (Y) while chatting and hit enter!
