How to go offline for a particular friend on Facebook?

Is someone disturbing you on Facebook by continuous chat or messages? Well, go offline is that case. But I understand that there are some cases in which you can never go offline for all. Keeping this in mind, Facebook has introduced a new feature which allows you to go offline for a single or a group of friends.

So, to begin

1. Go to chat menu and on top-right corner, click on button.
2. Now Click on “Advanced Settings…”
3. Now “Advanced Chat Settings” will appear from where you can choose you preferences according to your needs.
