To create a group on Facebook,
- Log-in to your Facebook account and click on home button.
- Click on MORE button in front of Groups in left pane. It is just above the list of online friends.
- Now click on "+ Create Group" in front of Groups.
- Fill the form and ultimately click on "Create"
